Stock on Hand by Location Report

Choose the warehouse and date you want to check.

   Open Reports and select Stock on Hand.

   Use Filter by date and, if needed, Select warehouse; then click Search.

   Compare On hand, Reserved, and Available in the same location.

   Open the product's detailed stock view if the report shows a surprising reservation or location.

   Compare any lot or serial restrictions before promising the displayed Available quantity.

On hand is recorded stock, Reserved is committed stock, and Available is the remainder that can be promised at that location.

Stock in transit and unavailable lots or serials need separate review. A company-wide total does not mean units are ready in the bin you selected.

WARNING: Confirm physical count and reservation before promising stock to a customer.

Check the physical location and movement history when the recorded quantity differs from the count.

Check pending receipts, transfers, and quarantined stock when a shelf count differs from the report.
