Subscriptions
KariVast is provided through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan and billing interval selected when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to collect recurring payments under the terms accepted at checkout, including applicable taxes.
Free trials
When a free trial is offered, the trial period and any applicable conditions are displayed at checkout. Unless the checkout states otherwise, the subscription becomes paid when the trial ends. Cancel before the displayed trial end date to avoid the first subscription charge.
Cancellation
A user with billing management permission can open the Billing page in KariVast, select Cancel subscription, and confirm. You can also manage cancellation through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Complete cancellation before the next renewal and check that your subscription shows an end date.
Cancellation stops renewal. Access to create and change business records continues until the displayed subscription end date, unless your account is suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid. Simply stopping use of KariVast does not cancel your subscription.
If you need help, contact us promptly. For cancellation requests sent to Lemon Squeezy support, its Buyer Terms ask for at least 48 hours before the billing period ends. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
Your records after cancellation
After your subscription expires, creating and changing business records is restricted. You can still view existing records and use supported exports, subject to user permissions and account status. Cancellation does not itself delete your records.
To keep a report, open Reports, choose the report and filters, then select Export CSV. See our export and record-keeping guidance. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy; cancellation does not guarantee indefinite storage.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.
We review requests individually, including reports of duplicate charges, billing errors, or problems accessing the service. An unused portion of a subscription does not automatically qualify for a refund. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Billing through Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for KariVast subscription purchases. It handles payment collection, applicable sales taxes, receipts, and refunds. Your purchase is also subject to its Buyer Terms.
Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund at its discretion under its own policies, including within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks. This is not a 60-day money-back guarantee from KariVast.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the request, the applicable subscription terms, and applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to review refund requests individually and to decline requests that do not meet the applicable requirements.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
How to request a refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or have a billing issue, please contact us with your account email, the email used at checkout if different, the order or invoice number, the charge date, and the reason for your request. Do not send passwords or full payment card details. We may request additional information to verify the purchase.
You can also contact Lemon Squeezy support for payment or receipt questions. If you want to stop future charges while a refund request is being reviewed, cancel your subscription separately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as KariVast develops or as our billing arrangements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
