Team Setup & Roles
Inviting team members, managing pending invitations, built-in system roles (Admin, Accountant, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales), and custom granular RBAC permissions.

Decide each person's tasks#
List each teammate's tasks and check available user seats before inviting anyone.
Invite and assign a role#
- 1Open Users and review available seats on your plan.
- 2Invite the teammate and assign a role suited to their work.
- 3Ask them to accept the invitation and verify their account.
- 4Check that they can perform only the intended actions.
- 5Ask each teammate to open their main task page and confirm the intended action.
- 6Review their role after the first week of actual work.
A role that is too narrow blocks work; one that is too broad can expose approvals they do not perform.
Check the new user's access#
The invitation must be accepted before access begins. A role and plan features both affect what the user can do.
WARNING: Use least privilege for posting, payments, stock adjustments and period close; avoid assuming a named preset role has every permission.
If an invite is blocked#
Check available seats, the email address, and your user-management access before resending.
