Confirm your organization#

Sign in and confirm the organization name at the top of the dashboard.

Find and open a record#

  1. 1
Sign in and confirm the selected organization.
  2. 2
Use the sidebar to open the module you need, then search or filter its list.
  3. 3
Open a record and read its status before choosing an action. A draft, reserved order, and posted document each allow different work.
  4. 4
For a draft, use its form to edit. Use the record's separate action for posting, receiving, or fulfillment when that step is ready.
  5. 5
Return to the list and search for the record by its number or contact name. Check that the status shown there reflects the action you took.
  6. 6
If the action is missing, open the record again and check its stage, your role, and the organization's plan features.

If a button is absent, the record state or your access may explain it.

Check its available actions#

A saved draft is not a posted transaction. Available actions depend on record status, role, and plan.

WARNING: Read the button label and status before a consequential action; do not rely on an undocumented global command palette or universal shortcut.

If a button is missing#

Open the record and check its status. Ask your administrator whether your role and plan allow that action.
