Usage Limits & Quota Enforcement

Open Billing for the company that is approaching a seat or feature limit.

   Open Billing and select Usage.

   Compare current users and other measured resources with the limits shown for your plan.

   Before inviting a teammate or starting a large import, confirm enough capacity remains.

   Check the specific resource nearing its limit, such as seats or stored records.

   Review the usage screen after a large import or invitation batch.

Limits depend on the active plan and may change; use the displayed current values.

If a limit blocks an action, review the plan or reduce eligible usage through supported workflows; changing a role does not raise the limit.
