Manage real-time WebSocket in-app alerts and transactional email notifications for low-stock warnings, expiring lots, overdue invoices, and bill due dates.

Open your alerts#
Sign in to the account that received the alert. Notifications are tied to your user and company.
Read and manage notifications#
- 1Open Notifications and review the unread count.
- 2Open an alert to see what happened, then mark it read or mark all as read.
- 3If notification preferences are available on your plan, review the channels you want to use.
- 4Check the recipient and event that should trigger the alert.
- 5After saving, inspect the notification list or preference view for the new setting.
A notification helps a person notice work; the underlying record still determines its status.
Check the underlying record#
Open the related invoice, bill, or stock record to confirm its status; the alert alone is not proof of completion.
WARNING: Do not use an alert as proof that an invoice was paid, stock was received, or a bill was posted. Open the underlying record and verify its status.
