Sign in to your own profile#

You can change your own profile. Keep access to the email address used for verification.

Update personal details or password#

  1. 1
Open Profile and review your name, username, and email.
  2. 2
Edit the detail you need to change, or use Change Password with your current password.
  3. 3
If you change your email, complete verification or request another verification message.
  4. 4
Review the saved profile and security settings after updating them.
  5. 5
Sign in with the expected account before starting a time-sensitive approval.

If you lose access after an email or password change, use the supported recovery flow and the email attached to your account. Ask your administrator to check your membership if the organization is missing after sign-in.

Verify the account change#

Sign in again if prompted and confirm the new profile details. A profile change should still show your own name on future activity records.

WARNING: Never share reset or invitation links. If you cannot sign in, use the forgot-password and reset-password flow rather than asking another user for credentials.
